Tanya is such an amazing person! She is so incredible in providing such a spectrum of advice and help. She is flexible, understanding, and great with communication. I appreciate extra effort she makes on top of my therapy, by providing weekly quotes, affirmations, and thought exercises. Overall such a wonderful experience.

I was very very hesitant to start therapy, especially through an app. I entered my first session with a grain of salt in mind. I ended up with the realization that I had been paired with an amazing therapist, who had similar interests that I did, and also knew her shit. On the first day she recommended many worksheets to help start me on our path, she recommended the type of therapy we should start, she asked me tough questions that made me feel listened to, and she also made casual conversation that made me feel calm. 100000+/10 recommend her to anybody on this app. So excited for what our next sessions have in store for me and my progress.

I like working with Tanya. I am able to talk out some challenges I’m having. I don’t just end our session feeling better, she actually gives me assignments that address these issues. This helps me to think and actually work in my challenges.

So far I am really getting a lot from my session with Tanya Cannon. However one session is too soon to write a comprehensive review. I’ll do my best... Tanya is incredibly skilled as a therapist and her words are warm, empathic, and deeply insightful. One thing I really appreciate is her client centered approach and speaking to me as an equal. I don’t feel I am being lectured as I have with previous therapists. She really took the time to learn about my background in therapy and then met me where I was rather than talking to me like it is my first time in therapy. I am inspired and validated by Tanya which is what I most look for in a therapist.
