My style is warm, caring, and client-centered. It is important for you, the client, to be involved in the treatment planning process as we are working toward YOUR goals. Tanya is such an amazing person! She is so incredible in providing such a spectrum of advice and help. She is flexible, understanding, and great with communication. I appreciate extra effort she makes on top of my therapy, by providing weekly quotes, affirmations, and thought exercises. Overall such a wonderful experience.

Tanya is an incredibly empathetic and intuitive listener. She has helped me navigate some of the biggest challenges of my life, and I don't think I could have ever learned to give myself grace and forgiveness without her. She rocks.
