About me

Welcome to BetterHelp! My name is Tanya Sundberg and I am a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Minnesota with a PhD in Counseling Psychology. I have over 16 years of experience in a variety of settings including community mental health, private practice, cancer care, and behavioral health. I have experience working with individuals on a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, grief and loss, and self-esteem.

My approach to working with clients involves elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness therapy, and motivational interviewing. My goal is to provide a safe, affirming, and collaborative space for growth.
