If you thought of all the adjectives (kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, supportive, etc) you would want to use to describe a therapist, Tara Ashley would meet every one! I am so thankful that I joined BetterHelp and matched with her! I cannot say enough good things about my experience and the help I have received, and wish everyone could have Tara Ashley as their therapist!

The best therapist I have ever had. She brings science, research, and gives legitimate exercises that WORK to help my anxiety and depression. I have never liked therapists that just listen and ask me how I feel, but Tara doesn’t do that. She helps me reframe my thinking and turn my negative anxious/depressive actions into positive ones. I have seen a great difference in my mental health and it is all because of Tara. I cannot recommend her enough. I promise you will not be disappointed. Hands down the best therapist

My first time using therapy and Tara was the perfect therapist for me. She could understand me as a mother and a sibling. I greatly appreciate all she's done for me.

Tara and I have only been working together for a few months, but I greatly appreciate how she is helping me. I feel safe, supported, and never judged when we are talking. She is able to relate to me, and to support my specific situation. She uses anecdotes, research, articles, and offers great suggestions. I look forward to continuing to work with her towards a healthier, happier version of myself!
