Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Tara Kesling . We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

When I joined BetterHelp I was burned out, my anxiety was the worst it had ever been and my OCD like tendencies were starting to affect my everyday life and relationships. I was matched with Tara. Ever since then she has been guiding me to reach a place where I can accept myself as I am and that I deserve to take time off and relax when I am tired. Tara always validated my feelings and was an attentive listener. She emphasized that she is available to talk/text outside of our weekly video session if I needed it. I recommend her as a therapist.

Tara has really helped me to take time for myself. Also helped not to be afraid to make choices and not to blame myself for everything.

I really appreciate Tara’s ability to hold safe space, and to generously and thoughtful offer helpful reflections of myself and what I am bringing to each session.

Tara was amazing at validating my experience and helping me trust myself again. She also made time for me in her schedule whenever I was very busy which I really appreciated.

When signing up for BetterHelp, I didn’t really know what to expect- finding therapy on an app seemed like it could be an amazing, but also scary experience. After being paired with Tara Kesling, I realized that I had nothing further to worry about. I would always look forward to my weekly session with Tara, not only because she’d always been a great listener, but also because she would give me great advice and tools to work through my obstacles. Even during the weeks that I felt I didn’t have much to talk about, Tara always kept the conversation going and helped me to pick out valuable lessons for me to take from those situations. Over the time I’ve spent with Tara, I’ve gained an appreciation for this form of self-care and a new, yet positive, outlook on the way I view myself in the world. I really don’t know what mindset I’d be in if I hadn’t come on this app, but I am most certainly glad that I did. All it took was that one, skeptical step, which ultimately allowed me to meet my amazing therapist and manifest my newly-found self confidence and worth. I most certainly do not regret one moment or one penny of it. Thank you Tara and BetterHelp!
