Tara is so down to earth and kind. She made me feel at ease right away. She's quick to offer helpful suggestions while being empathetic and a good listener. I feel like she has tried to get to know me well so she can give me the most help possible. She applauds my small wins and makes me feel like I can continue to improve. I don't feel alone in my struggles when I talk to her. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

She’s great. Sometimes talks about her relatable situations a little much, but otherwise she’s great.

Tara takes the time to get to know you as a complete individual. She is an amazing listener and she has an enormous amount of knowledge. She is super specific on areas where you need to work on. She isn’t afraid to tell you how it is but in a very warm and nurturing way. I found that I connected with her right away. She is very sweet, calming and extremely witty. Anyone who gets the chance to have her as a therapist or any aspect of life is extremely fortunate and blessed.
I’m always excited for my sessions with her because I’m always left feeling rejuvenated and like a weight has been lifted. :)
