Tara is great. She doesn't sugar coat my situation and is very straightforward in he assessments and her counseling is very helpful. I'm feeling better about myself and feeling more able to handle my situation.

I haven't been in therapy long, but so far every session has been helpful. Finding new techniques, journaling, grounding, breathing exercises. Im looking forward to more sessions.
