About Me

Hello, My name is Tashanna Arroyo. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia. I have been helping individuals, couples, and families for 8 years. My areas of knowledge include depression, anxiety, stress, addiction, self-esteem, and relationship issues. My counseling approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. My focus is to learn about your needs to understand what you want out of therapy.

Throughout our lives we are all presented with challenges. Adapting to change is what helps us overcome those challenges, it is what makes you a unique individual. I have a passion for counseling and helping those under my care when in times of need or clarity. I learned over my years of practice in psychology and mental health that some of us are blocked from developing our full potential. I am able to help you unlock that drive to bring you clarity, stability and help set you free from any past experiences or struggles.

I have developed multiple techniques to help you work on a wide range of issues. Addiction, relationship issues, stressors, or pressure from the outside world that you may feel you cannot control. I am here to help you get to a place where you feel empowered and ready to deal with the “next” event, that might be around the corner. I will also be there for you later on when new challenges arise. I want to help you to get ahead of issues or stresses that life will inevitably throw at us overtime.

Like you, I continue to pursue additional training to help me give you more tools and resources. Finishing my Masters at Troy University and being the spouse of an ever-deploying Army veteran gives me the empathy to understand that we are not perfect, but that we can always give back to our society in a responsible and nurturing way. Take the first step and make that transformation a reality by booking an appointment with me now. Remember, I will be there for you!
