Working with Tavia has been extremely helpful in managing my symptoms of anxiety. She is very knowledgeable, warm, and understanding. She gives you plenty of space/time to say what you mean. I always feel heard and taken seriously when we talk. I would recommend her to anyone, but especially to someone who struggles with anything related to shame or low self esteem.
