I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 18 years experience in the field and 4 years experience providing therapy/coordinating services. My area is expertise is in the realm of health issues, depression, anxiety, grief & bereavement, and aging related issues.
I have a warm, casual therapeutic style and my approaches are a combination of cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, client centered, and solution focused that can be tailored to meet your particular needs.
