My style is conversational and collaborative. I believe people have more insight into their own lives than they might realize, and my job is to help you access that. I ask a lot of questions because that's often how people find their own answers. We'll talk through what's bothering you, explore what matters to you, and figure out what's getting in the way.
I'm an active listener and will share observations, offer different perspectives, and give you feedback on what I'm noticing. My goal is to help you untangle your thoughts so you can move forward in a way that feels right to you.

I have been talking with Taylor for about 5 weeks. She is very good at listening and then deciphering what my scrambled thoughts are saying. In just these few short weeks I do see some positive changes. I know I have a lifetime of “things” to work through and am grateful to have Taylor to talk to.
