I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia with our 15 years of professional work experience. I seek to partner with individuals on their life’s journey as we establish a safe place to chat, where individuals are heard, challenged at times yet overall empowered to play an active role in their growth and healing. It is within the context of a safe and therapeutic environment, creative self-expression, positive emotional and behavioral change and breaking down internal barriers can be surmounted and it is my belief that sessions of direct and honest dialogue are a start.
