Terah Gibson, LMFT, LPC
About me
I’m Terah Gibson, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Tarleton State University. Since 2012, I’ve also been an active member of the Texas Counseling Association.
My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that families and individuals are part of interconnected systems—when one part of the system changes, the whole system has the ability to transform. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a foundation, I help clients explore the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we work to shift unhelpful thought patterns, build healthier perspectives, and create lasting changes in daily life.
Whether you’re navigating challenges in relationships, family dynamics, or personal growth, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can find solutions, strengthen connections, and move toward the life you want to create.
