My name is Teresa. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. I have 12 years of professional work experience helping people of all ages with stress, anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and depression. In sessions, I offer a safe space without judgement so that we can work together in finding what matters most to you and make meaningful changes. While it can be difficult taking that first step to start therapy, I am here to offer support and compassion in your journey.
