I bring all sorts of questions to Teresa, not just for behavioral help but to get her feedback on how to respond to different situations. It's been very nice to have her to discuss all-things life!

I never thought I’d like therapy or feel like I could open up to someone. I’ve only met with Teresa a few times but she is amazing. She is always kinda and there for me. She listens and doesn’t judge but helps.

Teresa helps me understand myself, helps me practice self compassion, and maintains a holistic view in self healing a person. I didn't know that therapy would be this helpful for my emotions, she is a very good listener and doesn't neglect any problems that someone might be facing.

Doesnt believe in therapy to fix people, but rather therapy to give the skills needed to fix themselves.
