Told me we'd have our first session on Tuesday at 4:30. I asked for a link or something ahead of time, was told there would be one provided. Never contacted back again.
This first impression is so horrible I will not be bothering with betterhelp in the least. Instead of it being "betterhelp," maybe you should have GOOD help first.
