Thasia is amazing she listens to me and understands what my struggles are and explains how I can best manage them even if it’s just an ear to vent or a calm voice to tell me to breathe. She listens to me when I talk and doesn’t talk over me. She guides me in the conversation instead of being the primary speaker. She is wonderful, and has truly helped me and my mental health.

Thasia, without even trying, will cause you to open to her because of her natural sense and skill of being personable. I've had good therapists, and I've had bad therapists, but Thasia is the first time I've had a great therapist.

Ms. Thasia is like the God Mom I never had. Our first session we instantly clicked like we had already knew each other. It was like she just knew what to say and gave me some very helpful tips to get through my journey. She’s very patient and listens and is very understanding. I love how she checks on me throughout the week. I’m so glad that Better Help selected Ms. Thasia to be my counselor. So far, she is wonderful and I’m excited that she is helping me through this journey!

Thasia is absolutely right for her job. I am still in such a lost state but feel valid, encouraged and heard...and in my world that is pretty hard to find at this point. Compassion too, because I am struggling and being so hard on myself. I actually see a light at the end of the tunnel here and there now.
