Very patient, kind, supportive but also not afraid to challenge bad thinking.
I joined better help at a time of crisis, when was faced once again with a lot of stress and anxiety and did not know where to turn. Theo had a warm and kind demeanour from the start, even through text he has such an upbeat and humorous attitude,it feels like talking to a friend who doesn t take himself too seriously and brings you into the present moment, reminding you about all the good things around us. He is very knowledgeable and the weekly messages on top of the therapy sessions open up new roads towards a better daily life. I also appreciate his flexibility and time management skills. Highly recommend both the service and him as a therapist!
So far Ted has been awesome. He’s very accepting and I never feel judged. I feel super comfortable being my real self with him and couldn’t be happier to work with Ted.
I appreciate that Ted has useful insights, and is willing to engage with me on my own terms, without judgment.
Listens without judgement. Helps me to focus on my needs and goals. Does not insert his opinion of how I should handle the issues causing me distress in my life.
Theodore is extremely helpful and easy to talk to. He understands me and has got to know me as a person. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
He has helped me survive week after week and helped me see what I already knew but had a hard time accepting. He is always there to help me if I need help. A Saint to say the least
Theodore has been absolutely amazing. I have grown leaps and bounds with his support over the last few months. I am so thankful for him and BetterHelp.
From day one, Theodore Faneuff has consistently excelled in my expectations as my online therapist.
During our weekly hour-long sessions, he would listen very carefully to my exact words, analyze my micro-expressions, and body language and used the Cognitive Model to counteract these negative, self-limiting thoughts.
Session after session, my thoughts about being unintelligent, unproductive, un-dateable slowly started turning around.
Overall, Ted is everything you'd want in a professional 5/5 therapist!
Ted has been a compassionate and passionate guide during this troubling time. His insights and calming words have allowed me to step back and really assess why my emotional responses are what they are. His Christian faith and integration of God’s word into his guidance have been great comforts. I was skeptical of this mode of counseling but I am no longer skeptical. I am a strong supporter. And Ted is in large measure responsible for that.
Theo has been very supportive & non judgemental as he helps me through a trouble time in my personal life. All I really want is someone to offload my thoughts to & get some perspective & support & he has been great in offering both of those without judgement.
I would and have already recommended BetterHelp to my friends. It is so nice to get a message from a professional, in my case Theodore. My counselor is very knowledgeable and understanding. Theodore and I haven’t even dug deep into my past, but have already dealt with emotions on the exterior after only a couple of weeks. I am very happy that I downloaded BetterHelp.
Though I just started with Ted I already feel like I made a great choice in working with him. I have had a couple of other counselors in the past that I never really connected with. Even though I haven't even had my first initial session with Ted, our messaging back and forth has made me feel connected, and feel like he is the best person I could be working with to help with my issues. I can tell he truly cares and is dedicated to helping as much as possible.
Very caring and provides really good insight and perspective to difficult situations.
