I've been working with Theo for just a few weeks, but the impact he's had in that short time has been truly meaningful. From our first session, I felt that he brought not only professional expertise but also a level of energy and engagement that made me feel genuinely supported and understood. His approach is thoughtful, focused, and productive — he’s helped me reframe several long-standing challenges in ways I hadn’t considered before, opening up new perspectives that feel both realistic and empowering.
What I appreciate most about Theo is that he strikes a great balance between being direct and compassionate. He listens carefully, asks the right questions, and offers insights that are clear and actionable without ever feeling forced or overwhelming. Each session leaves me with something valuable to reflect on and apply to my daily life.
I feel confident that with Theo's guidance, and I’ll keep making progress toward the goals I’ve set for myself. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled, positive, and truly invested therapist.

He’s been a great therapist and really good at what he does. You can tell he really paid attention in school. I was doing a live session with him when I was triggered and the memories started coming back of some terrible times. He brought me back to the present and stayed on the session with me until I calmed back down. I have no complaints with him.

I've had about 5 sessions with Theodore now. I really appreciate the environment that he creates. It's a safe space for me to be vulnerable and he tries to have us tackle my trauma and talk about it. I think that my mental health has been significantly better since starting talk therapy with Theodore
