I use an eclectic approach to therapy and address your needs by using various traditional approaches including Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Psychoeducation, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trust-Based Relational Intervention, and Rapid Resolution Therapy. My therapeutic in style involves helping you to achieve insight and strategies and tools that you can use to begin to make immediate positive changes in your life. I will be there to help guide you, encourage you, and possibly even challenge you, to overcome obstacles to stand in your way.

My experience includes providing online telehealth, home-based & office-based counseling services with children, teens, and families with history of trauma/abuse/neglect, complex developmental trauma, special needs, Autism Spectrum Disorders/Asperger’s, oppositional defiant disorder, and other behavioral problems/issues. I also work with adults, couples and families for a variety of issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship problems and coping with life changes. She gets back to you very soon which is very nice, and very comforting. I think that's a good quality for a counselor. It makes you feel like she wants to help you and you're not a burden.
