Thomas is a very helpful therapist, and a great man, an encouragement, a good listener, and he helped me to focus on what was healthy for me, which I needed encouragement on because I sometimes liked to focus somewhere else.

I found Thomas's vocabulary different from mine, and that sometimes made my ability to understand his wisdom more of a challenge. However, whenever I asked what he meant by what he said, he explained it to me clearly and immediately, and I found it was very applicable, helpful, practical, simple, and down-to-earth wisdom: exactly the kind of thing I needed more of. I appreciate Thomas's ability to see that and apply it to me, and to encourage what I am doing well, and to suggest other things that I could try as well.
