I am licensed in Louisiana with 26 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, & anger management. I also have experience working with depression and LGBTQ+ issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I enjoy taking a cognitive- behavioral approach using some psychodynamic elements. I will tailor our discussions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
