About me

I am licensed in Texas and it has been my blessing to work with clients since 2007. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, parenting issues, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It is important to me that my clients feel heard and supported. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I provide both Christian and non-religious counseling to clients based on their preference.
