Tim is listening intently while I try to unpackage years of background context. It’s a slow role and I’m doing most of the talking out of necessity but Tim contributes where he can and I hope the convos will eventually lean more towards him helping me with tactical actions. Right now it’s understandable he can get help from a broader strategic level of how to think without much specificity to my personal journey
