About me

Hello. My name is Tim and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker living in Minnesota. I am licensed to practice in Minnesota and North Dakota. I have over 11 years of experience providing therapy to individuals, families and groups, many of them from the military communities. My practice has typically been with adults struggling to re-engage their lives, families and faith. I work with clients who have a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationships, career challenges, trauma, and PTSD. Simple life changes can easily turn to fatigue and burnout.
My goal with each client is to build a strong, trusting relationship and work together to identify your goals. I use a combination of therapeutic methods and empower you to reach your own conclusions and make your own choices. I will give you all the tools and insight you need to be successful, handle challenges, and cope with life changes.
If you are ready to re-engage your life, your faith, your family, your hope, purpose and change, then let’s work together.
I look forward to working with you.

Great down to earth guy. Easy to talk to. Its like discussing issues with a friend only he is neutral and actually helps!

I like how Tim is very communicative on communicative on how we should communicate with others but he brings it into reality to where you can see the other side and see how they feel I do like how there's 2 sidestairs of a story.

I would highly recommend Tim. He is on time to his video calls, he listens well, and has a articulated answer to the questions I have. I feel comfortable around him and confident he isn't simply there to listen. Tim gives out little gems of advice to incorporate what I am already doing.
