I'm a novice as this is my first time participating in such therapy. However, speaking with Dr Tina each had a clear positive impact on me during and after the sessions as she also provides practical solutions for the issues presented. In a nutshell, she's an amazing therapist.

Tina always makes sure that I leave each session with something to think about and work on. She always gives me techniques to deal with specific issues adjusted to my individual needs. Additionally, she checks in with me outside of our sessions, which makes me feel taken care of and supported.
Tina is non-judgmental and creates a safe space for me to express myself without fear of criticism. She doesn't tell me that my ideas are right or wrong but rather helps me see them from different perspectives, which has been a tremendous help. With her guidance, I've been able to arrive at my own conclusions and solutions rather than being given answers.
Overall, I highly recommend Tina to anyone who's looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable professional. She's made a positive impact on my life, and I'm grateful for her support.

A really lovely person with a nice manner.

Tina allows me a lot of time to speak about my feelings and asks me good questions when I'm trying to reflect.

It's been really helpful to talk through my problems with her and I always feel a little lighter on the otherside.
