About me

I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in California, with over 13 years of experience. Working together, we will develop the best plan for what changes you want for your life. Be it goals around health, or improving your mood, or learning new skills that will help with relationship struggles, or to help with the processing the loss or dealing with past trauma. I will support you in making the changes that will help you move towards these goals.
I graduated with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from University of San Francisco in 2006. After graduating, I worked for seven years for a non-profit Medi-Cal Clinic assisting underserved youths ages 5 to 25, including supporting their families (parents, foster parents, and grandparents). I then gained experience working with adults at Kaiser Permanente in an adult out-patient clinic, treating individuals 18 and beyond experiencing moderate to severe mental health symptoms.

It takes courage to ask for help, and I would be honored to be in your corner. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. As a clinician, I am humbly not an expert on you, but have knowledge about making changes, and how to get that ball rolling.
