Tina has completely changed my life being a consistent support and listening ear. Her insight and support have changed my thinking patterns, giving me emotional tools that I use daily, likely for the rest of my life. I feel very lucky to have been matched with this therapist.

Tina is like the big sister that I never had. She is wise, patient and real. She is so easy to talk to and connects with me so easily and so deeply. I look forward to our talks. I look forward to sharing my day with her. I look forward to telling her about my trials and my triumphs. She shares of herself with makes it so much easier to share with her.

The first meeting with Tina was so comforting and relaxed. She was non-judgmental, compassionate and at times very relatable. It made me feel less anomalous. She plans out nice exercises according to your needs which always helps you improve. Her being extremely patient turned our sessions into catharsis, which she helped me steer in the right direction. I would definitely recommend people to counsel with her. If you suffer from social behavioural issues and troubles in being empathetic like me, she is the one who can help you recognise your strengths and improve your issues.
