I use many different types of therapy including Gestalt therapy. Gestalt therapists work on helping to reprogram self-sabotaging patterns and belief systems. This work can be applied to improving relationships, health, motivation, goal achievement, and self-actualization. It is a very gentle process and results are fast and dynamic! I am also trained in Psychedelic harm reduction and integration.
