Todd Glickman, LCSW
About me
Twenty years in this field has taught me one thing: the "letters" after my name matter far less than the connection we build in the room. Whether you are a teen trying to find your voice or an adult searching for clarity, you deserve a space where you feel understood, not just "diagnosed."
My approach is laid-back and collaborative, but rooted in a practice-driven mindset. Drawing from my background in athletics and coaching, I view our sessions as "structured practice." We don’t just talk about the hurdles; we run the drills to strengthen your emotional resilience so you have the skills and confidence to handle them effectively.
I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, and substance use. My style is transparent and relational, shaped by two decades of experience in intensive in-home, homeless shelters, recovery programs, and schools. I am your therapist who brings real-world perspective, gentle insight-building challenges, and genuine care to every session.
