Tracey Arnold, LCSW
About me
Life can feel overwhelming in today’s unpredictable world, leaving you anxious, stuck, or unsure of your next steps. You don’t have to face it alone. With over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families, I specialize in helping people work through symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, and the impact of trauma. My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental, providing a safe space where you feel truly heard. Together, we’ll build trust, clarify your goals, and create a personalized path toward healing and meaningful change.
While building on client strengths, I also utilize evidence-based practices, including Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we’ll develop practical skills, and establish a plan that aligns with your core values.
Current and past clients appreciate my friendly conversation style, free of diagnostic labeling. I aim to make therapy approachable, collaborative, and even enjoyable. I’m deeply passionate about my work and it’s an honor to support people as they overcome obstacles and discover their inner resilience. If you're ready to take the next step, I’m here to help.
