About me

I am an integrative therapist and licensed member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapy living in the UK.

As a therapist, I recognise that for many people taking the first step to sign up for therapy can be an incredibly difficult and daunting process. However, you can be assured that if we work together, I will truly listen to you and, by doing so, provide you with the emotional well-being support necessary to help you navigate your way through this trying period of your life. Furthermore, I will aim to provide you with skills to enable you to feel more in control when future challenges arise.

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

Through the course of my client work, I have supported individuals with an array of presenting concerns such as relationship issues, family conflicts, grief, and loss (whether it be the loss of an important person, employment, or friendship) lack of motivation, and self-esteem concerns, anxiety and depression, self-harm and loneliness.

Tracey is a brilliant therapist. I’ve only had 3 sessions with her but already she has got to some core struggles I have and has started to help me work through them. Her perspective and advice is great, challenging me to think in different ways, and she sends me recommendations on things to listen to too. Looking forward to continuing with Tracey.

I have been working with Tracey for almost 5 months now. She’s created a space where I feel totally at ease, never judged and just very cared for and comfortable . She is always available when I feel the need to write down my thoughts and she responds very quick on top of being super flexible with scheduling when needed. Seriously, she is a gem. If you’re looking for a therapist who’s caring, understanding, and awesome, she’s the one!”

Tracey helped me to understand myself better and validated my feelings and struggles. She helped me to look at them with much more compassion and acceptance. Tracey also helped me to ease my social anxiety greatly. A couple of sessions ago I felt pretty miserable, now I feel good and capable of improving my life.
