Hi there! I’m Tracey.
Thanks for dropping by to get to know me a little. I’ve been a nurse for over 20 years. I went back to school after my youngest child graduated high school. I have both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in social work. I also have a Master’s certificate in gerontology and am a trauma-focused parent/caregiver educator. I’ve been working as a therapist for 6 years. I work with all ages over seven years old.
My approach to therapy is person-centered, strengths-based, and eclectic. This means your treatment is individualized for you, drawing from different theoretical models. I’m a trauma-informed therapist, which means that if you’re dealing with trauma, I can help you work through it. I have experience working with people who have been challenged with depression, anxiety, PTSD, life transitions, life imbalance, parenting and work/career issues, compassion fatigue, and more.
Reaching out for help can be difficult for anyone, but it seems you've made the first step. Please know you're not on this journey alone. I will travel alongside you as you search, internally and externally, and find solutions to your challenges. My role in this partnership is being your collaborator, as you discover and utilize your strengths to make your life better -whatever that is to you. Now, let's get you started on your journey from survivor to thriver!

I have worked with Tracey for a few months now, and I can say it was one of the best decisions I made. To seek assistance in processing trauma is not easy but it is vital to put in the work. Tracey was always kind and responsive to my needs as a client. My relationship with my family and myself have greatly improved. I am grateful to have had her assistance during the pandemic. She helped me understand that this is a stressful time, and it is okay to feel the effects of it. I have struggled with my motivation for my graduate studies, and she helped me find the reason why. Anyone who gets to work with Tracey, if open will walk away better than before.
As a therapist myself, I look for two things for my own work (that I try to mimic) which is to both listen emphatically and also give the advice I need. I feel that Ms Bratton is a trustworthy and wise, generous and kind therapist who loves to listen! I can recommend her enough. I look forward to our weekly session and when she responds to my messages
Tracey has been so great at making me feel comfortable and like I have hope to get better!
Tracey is caring, compassionate, and a great listener who provides excellent feedback and insight. She prioritizes my wellbeing and is much appreciated.
I wasnt sure what to expect with online counceling but right away Tracey Bratton showed herself to be compassionate and whip smart about the counciling she provides and how my goals can be worked upon. She seems to be able to see through to deeper meanings and problems for someone like me who (imo) already feels like they have a firm grasp on alot of concepts and my own problems. Couldnt recommend her more.
We have meet with other counselors that didn’t listen fully and left us clueless on what to do next. Tracey really listens and gives good advice that is working. She is wonderful!
Mrs. Bratton is a very understanding and professional counselor. The only counselor I’ve ever had that seems to understand my concerns when it comes to counseling in general.
Tracey is great!
I love Tracey! The thought of therapy scared me at first but she has made it so easy to adjust to. I would recommend her to anyone!
Tracey has been really great to work with. She’s very helpful with giving effective ways to help with issues I’m facing. She’s given me a lot of hope on my life that everything’s going to get better.
Tracey has helped me immensely in the three weeks we have been working together. She is attentive, and extremely easy to talk to. She is helping me maneuver through some pretty difficult issues, and has always been very quick with responses to my questions and journal entries outside of our sessions.
Tracey is amazing. What I love most about her is that I can tell her anything without feeling judged which is so important when it comes to talking about sensitive topics. I feel very confident and hopeful with the tools she is teaching me to help cope with my personal issues.
Mrs. Tracey is such a kind and wonderful person. I never felt like I have been judged or looked down on like I have with my past experiences of counselors. She makes me feel valid and like I am improving every time we speak!
Tracey provides a space for me to freely express myself. She listens and responds compassionately without judgment. I appreciate her insight and guidance!
Tracey is very responsive and helpful.
She is very kind and understanding. Provides lots of good reading material and worksheets.
I have loved my experience with Tracey. She listens and very quickly can understand the situation and give me the resources and tools to move forward.
Tracey has been amazing in helping me, she has never made me feel like I'm bothering her when I need extra help I would highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking help.
