After only 2 sessions I have realised that my mental health has improved significantly. I have gotten things off my chest and have felt listened, heard and even appreciated Tracey Harrison. After many negative experiences with other therapists I have come to realise that through Tracey’s treatment during sessions, there are therapists like her whom make the experience impactful and life changing.
