About me
I am a UK-qualified practitioner and a registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), with over three years of professional experience supporting individuals through a range of emotional and psychological challenges. I believe each individual is the expert in their own experience, and therapy is tailored to meet your unique needs, pace, and goals.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Tracey Johnstone. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
I can’t recommend Tracey highly enough. She is incredibly caring, attentive, and easy to talk to, and I always feel truly listened to during our sessions. She asks thoughtful questions that help me better understand my feelings and work through things in a way that allows me to come to my own conclusions, which I’ve found incredibly valuable.
One of the things I appreciate most is that she really understands my sense of humour. Sessions feel natural, comfortable, and genuinely human, which was something very important to me when looking for a therapist. I wasn’t looking for someone overly formal or clinical, and she has been exactly the right fit for me.
I always leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer understanding of myself.

Tracey has been a wonderful therapist. She has always allowed me to be open about anything that I would like to share, and asks meaningful questions along the way. Her type of therapy is great for those who want to find a way to help themselves, by talking about experiences. Therapy with her has allowed me to get better insight into how I feel and approach certain situations. I had a lot of built up emotions and have dealt with mental health issues for a long time, but I feel within just a few weeks I have gotten to understand myself better and have better insight into how I can help myself.
