As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, in the state of Indiana and Florida, I have been providing therapy for individuals and families since 2014. I have experience working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal ideation, regulating their emotions for various reasons, and self esteem issues. I like to give clients tools to help them be successful in coping throughout their life. It is important to me to make sure clients can regulate their emotions and have the tools to build their confidence and trust themselves and recognize the signs that they need extra support. I use various methods including motivational interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) when working with individuals. I meet the clients where they are, and come from a strengths based perspective, working with clients in a caring, non judgmental way. I assist individuals to gain insight on the barriers they are facing, and move through those so they can become the best version of themselves. I look forward to having the opportunity to work with you.
