I have a background in individual therapy, mainly dealing with life transitions. I received my masters in community counseling from Lakeland University. My career started out in Milwaukee, WI assisting low income individuals with suicidal thoughts and other life transitions. My clients believe it is the therapist’s job to make them feel better. While feeling better may be the outcome of counseling. It is not always the case in every situation. My main role is to help you feel the emotions more clearly and to hopefully provide insight as to why it is surfacing so intensely. You and I will work collaboratively to develop how to deal with these negative emotions. The goal is to reduce the tendency to react or take action against uncomfortable feelings.

Tracy is AMAZING! I feel like my problems are human and never feel judged. She’s very helpful with everything that I talk about. I’ve been working with her for over a year now and not once have I doubted how great she is.
Tracy is not only an amazing listener but gives spot on well thought out advice. Very thankful for her.
Talking with Tracy is just like I talk with an older sister which is I never had. She is nice person and have ability or personality that I can easily open up what's on my mind with. She doesn't judge even when she heard something like culture shock, great listener, and she can pull up my main point I've been struggle. Even though I need time to deal with it myself, I feels appreciated that I've talk to her. Thank you so much
Tracy was exactly who I needed. It was easy to talk to her and even better to hear what I needed to hear from her. To have tools cultivated within me and do exercises that moved me from where I was and along the path to where I want/need to be. The journey isn’t always fun but Tracy definitely made me feel that she was in my corner rooting for me. She’s really professional but talking to her was like talking to my friend. The phase of my life requires someone who knew how to navigate it and I certainly didn’t - Tracy got me going onto the right path. Super grateful.
Tracy is a wonderful counselor. She is empathetic, understanding, and really knows how to connect with people. I have been working with her for several months now, and I feel like I’ve made progress with respect to my stress, anxiety, and personal relationships. I give her my full endorsement.
She has helped me so much.
Tracy has helped me deal with things that I've struggled with for decades
Tracy has been nothing but supportive and gives me an honest perspective to what i’m going through. She has helped me tremendously throughout the situation I was going through and i’m forever grateful.
Tracy is wonderful, listens well and gives great advice.
