Tracy is a very understanding and "warm" counselor. She gave me good amount pieces of advice on how to address marital issues. I feel quite happy after the session and hopeful.
Tracy is the best therapist I could ask for. She understands me so well and has given me such great guidance over the last few months. I wish I’d started with her years ago!
Tracy is so accommodating and really understands where I’m coming from. She understood what I was trying to say even when I didn’t even know what I was trying to say! She’s amazing
It has been about 3 weeks of therapy. with my therapist Tracy Dowding. So far so good. She listens to me, understands my issues, have started to work on the issues by discussing how to think about them, and through homeworks between the sessions. I look forward to the sessions with Tracy. I feel she is able to help me make long term positive changes.

I appreciate her kind and upbeat manner. She has helped me to think clearly with her advice and guidance. She’s playing a vital role in helping me live my best life. Thank you Tracy!
My experience with Tracy has flowed effortlessly. She is understanding and makes me feel comfortable expressing myself. This was my first time speaking to someone professionally, and I am grateful I took this step. Our timeline's didn't line up originally either, but she made time to accommodate me and fit me into her schedule anyway. Thankful for BetterHelp and for Tracy!
She is very lovely and also very strictures and supportive.
Tracy is great, I feel like she really listens and understands me. She’s very good at pointing out and getting to the bottom of why I feel the way I do and has been really helpful in helping me make progress with my mental health.
Tracy is amazing. She is so lovely, warm, and approachable and I feel I can really open up. I immediately felt at ease and comfortable. She has given me tasks and ways to help my problems, as well as video chatting me and taking over the app. She’s so understanding and I really feel I’m making progress and I’m only on week 4!
