Tracy Morgan, LPC
About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in Texas and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona, with over 20 years of experience in education and mental health. My background as a teacher, school counselor, and behavior specialist has shaped my approach to be patient, understanding, and practical. I work with adults across the lifespan, with a special focus on individuals ages 40 and up, including older adults and caregivers. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and truly heard.
My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and solution-focused. I use evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while tailoring each session to your individual needs and goals. I believe in meeting you where you are and helping you find practical tools you can use in everyday life. Whether you are navigating life transitions, grief, caregiver stress, or relationship challenges, we will work together to build clarity, resilience, and a sense of balance.
In our first session, we will take time to get to know each other. I’ll ask about what brings you in, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy. There is no pressure to share everything at once—we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction for next steps.

My experience with Tracy Morgan is positive. Tracy is a patient listener and really hears what I have to say. Our conversations are thought-provoking and I can tell she has true concern for my welfare. I didn’t know what to expect in therapy and I felt at ease talking with Tracy.
