She's such a good therapist, incredibly good at her job. She's experienced in neurodivergence, especially with ADHD and Autism. Actually gives you solutions, roadmap and treatment. This is how therapy should be. I hope more people who needs someone like her can discover her and get the help they need. Wish her all the best!! đź’•

First time using therapy at the age of 34, I was not sure what to expect but its felt comfortable and I have learnt a lot in the small amount of sessions we have had so far. Thank you Tracy!

I wouldn't have been able to do half of what I'm doing now, if Tracy hadn't of created a safe enough space to return back to.
Not only has she changed my opinion on therapy all together but I actively look forward to my next session with her
I couldn't recommend Tracy enough

I’ve been seeing Tracy for a few months, and the difference she’s made in my life is truly incredible. She’s an amazing listener and creates a space where I feel completely heard and understood. What I appreciate most is that she doesn’t just give me answers, she gives me tools. She’s helped me learn how to help myself through anger management, navigate challenges with my family and marital life, and approach difficult situations with my mother in a healthier, clearer way.
Since working with her, I’ve noticed a massive improvement in how I handle my day-to-day life. I feel more grounded, more aware, and far better equipped to deal with the things that used to overwhelm me. The progress I’ve made wouldn’t have been possible without her guidance.
Her support has also opened my eyes to how important mental health truly is. It shouldn’t be a taboo topic, especially for men and I’m grateful she’s helped me understand the value of taking care of myself mentally and emotionally.
I couldn’t recommend her more. She’s been a life-changing support, and I’m genuinely thankful for everything she’s helped me work through.
