My experience with Tracy so far has been life-changing. This year I have achieved more than I ever thought possible and that is greatly due to the courage, confidence, and love I have received from each session with Tracy. Always available in emergencies, fresh for every session with wisdom that gives me new perspective, well informed on the world and the world of her patient, with so much strength she makes her patients too feel stronger....Tracy has been the best therapist I ever had.

Tracy is a lovely, warm hearted person. I immediately clicked with her and felt heard and understood.
She gives great advice and supports me with reaching my goals. I always look forward talking to her, because I know I'll feel better and smarter after. What I like most about having her as my therapist is the connection. It feels genuine because she puts her heart and soul into her work.

I felt a positive connection from the beginning, feeling understood, validated and encouraged. I’m excited to challenge thinking and open to alternative perspectives. I feel key blockers have been identified early therefore able to maximise our valuable sessions together. I’m feeling motivated to reach goals and try new things.
