I’m feeling really grateful to be matched with Tracy. It feels like she has gotten into my life at the right time and her support has made some impactful changes in my life. I am really excited to learn more about myself, heal my inner wounds and learn how to put myself first. She has been hands on since the first therapy and I am nothing but grateful for her. 10/10

She helped me open my eyes, make reflections on something that wasn't in my best interests. Tracy helped to find my confidence in continuing the path I need to follow in live, love.

Tracy is very approachable, kind in her manner and picks up quickly on areas to work on. I find the balance of speaking and listening excellent. She won't just let me ramble and she freely admits she is not passive. She phrases questions very well and hones in on key issues quickly but sensitively. I think she's very skilled at what she does and is very adept and probing me in areas she knows I am avoiding. I have really enjoyed working with her and have felt hugely encouraged by her approach.

Tracy has just 'got' my situation instantly, even if it's remarkably complicated, and I haven't felt judged or like it's 'too much' for her once, which is how I usually feel talking about it. She offers viewpoints and wisdom that make me view things in a new light. We have only had a few sessions and I am already really glad to have found her during a difficult time in my life.
