Travis Murrah, LCSW
About me
I am a licensed therapist with 7 years clinical experience in the mental health field. During this time I've worked to help people struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and addiction. I also have experience in providing couples counseling to couples looking to learn new communication skills and reignite that spark. I like to take a client-centered approach and work together with clients to identify effective coping skills, prioritize treatment goals, adopt healthier thought patterns, and build on existing strengths. I use various assessment tools, cognitive behavioral therapies, motivational interviewing, and other trauma (and healing from trauma), attachment, and regulation modalities.
Thank you and I hope to have the opportunity to work with you soon!

Have had really good conversations with Travis . I just really needed some one to listen to me an help guide me threw my fillings. I have been able to tackle alot of my traumas that I forgot about with him . Would recommend him to anyone looking for someone to listen an give you insight on what you tell him. Just rember one thing no one can help you unless you are honest about everything an don’t come in trying to hide your problems .
