Hello. It takes a significant amount of courage to ask for help. Whatever life transitions you are going through, I am here to help you.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida (LMHC). I earned my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in 2014. I am presently pursuing my Ph.D. in General Psychology. I am the proud wife of a Navy Chief, and together we have five daughters.
I have worked in the mental health field for the past six years. I have experience working in community-based agencies and have worked with a wide range of clients including those experiencing mood disorders, grief, anger management, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, parenting concerns, trauma and life transitions.
My passion lies in the development of reintegration of positive and healthy lifestyles for individuals. My fresh approach to counseling is kind, nonjudgmental, and down to earth. I use creative clinical skills (Mindfulness, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and an innovative drive to give you the tools you need to redefine your future.
I look forward to walking beside you during this journey.
