I earned my Bachelor's degree in both Psychology and Social Work and also my Master's degree in Social Work from East Carolina University. I have gained experience working with children, teens, and adults throughout my career in several different settings. I am a rostered provider of Child-Parent Psychotherapy and I utilize other modalities of treatment such as Cognitive Behavioral, Attachment-Based, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, etc. While my counseling style is client-centered, warm, and empathetic.
