About me
I am a Clinical Mental Health counselor licensed in Utah with over 13 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorders, self-esteem, co-dependency and addiction.
My counseling style is open and non-judgmental. I believe therapy can be life changing with trust and understanding. My goal is to assist each person with individualized treatment to improve their overall functioning in life. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, human centered, dialectical behavioral, exposure and response prevention and solution focused counseling. I will listen to your specific needs and assist you in meeting your goals.
It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!
