Trisha is a safe space in a human form. I had other therapists here before but she’s been the best so far. Asking her for advice feels like talking to a mother figure, she’s very organic and I can tell she loves helping people.

Trisha has provided several positive coping techniques to guide me through my anxiety. She is funny and provides upbeat alternatives to handle negative thoughts. And most importantly, she has helped me understand how to better deal with my family member who has alcohol use disorder.
