Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Trisha Taylor. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Mrs’s Taylor is very insightful and understanding on how to manage my mental health more efficiently.
She’s all around wonderful!
Super uplifting and helpful. Great advice and new perspective also helps.
Trisha Taylor is helping me so much with my anxiety, helping me understand that I need to do my breathing a few times a day. For my panic attacks- I went from having many a week when I started with Better Help to none last week, and my family has seen how I have become calmer and better able to enjoy my work and life, she is amazing and I am so glad and fortunate I was matched with her, she is supportive and caring, gives me helpful ways to think about what's going on, and makes me feel safe. We laugh together, too. I'm really grateful.
She is great, lots of experience
Trisha has been absolutely amazing. I work with her for anxiety and my very complicated love life and she always gives me amazing advice. I would recommend her to anyone.
One of the most professional and patient therapist I have contacted, has also helped me in making great strides in my mental health of being better
Trisha is Amazing she is totally honest with her advice and she listens with respectful presents. I really appreciate her.
Trisha makes it a point to get to know me, so sessions with her are never awkward and I have great conversations with her.
I've been well aware of my mental health issues and that I needed help but when it came to therapists, counselors and psychiatrists I Doubted their ability to understand me to not be judgemental and most of all not coming off as dismissive so I put it off hoping that if I studied psychology and practiced the many coping techniques/methods used in therapy I'd be ok but that's not how it works so I surrendered and chose to seek help. After signing up I still had doubts until I met Trisha Taylor, her smile is so contagious her use of metaphors are easy to understand and when she explains what she hears I'm trying to say I feel as though she really gets me I'm glad I found betterhelp and met Trisha.
Trisha is great! She offers a different perspective every time and helps me reflect on my actions in an insightful manner. She is also really funny and easy to talk to.
Trisha has helped me so much the past few months. I was lucky to be paired with her right away when I signed up for Betterhelp. I highly recommend her.
Trisha Taylor is a the only therapist I’ve ever spoken to, so I wouldn’t exactly know how to judge a therapist. What I do know is that she worked as my therapist, I felt better about myself and my place in the world. I started to respect myself more and more and others more and more, sadly I can’t afford this anymore for now but I do hope she can be my therapist again soon. Thank you Trisha!
Trisha is compassionate, direct, and listens intently. I feel extremely comfortable opening up to her and talking through difficult topics and feel she consistently gives me tools to improve my quality of life and work through my goals of therapy. I’m so happy I took the leap with Better Help and owe it all to Trisha!!! Thank you for helping me to find my voice and make sure I’m the most important person in the mirror. I can’t give enough praise for the life changing impact you’ve made in just the few months I’ve been working with you.
Good person. Knows what she's talking about. And really helps me through my problems.
Not too many sessions have alot to talk goes fast but makes me feel impowered. My self-esteem was dragged in the mud by court attorneys and reps.
Trisha Taylor makes me feel heard and my opinions valid after every appointment, but not without healthy, challenging questions for me to consider and dig deeper. It is a bright spot in my day that helps me navigate the rest.
Trisha gives the best advice and doesn't waste my time - she can read a situation, give me action steps and food for thought that creates fast growth and resolution. i am very lucky i found her she is a phenomenal counselor and confidant.
Trisha is the best, I went through 3 counselors before and she has helped me 100%. She goes above and beyond for her clients.
Trisha is an excellent counselor, and has provided me with tools to help manage the challenges I face in life. I feel lucky to have been matched with someone who has such strong empathy and skills.
I absolutely love and look forward to my sessions with Trisha. She is a joy to talk to and offers helpful frameworks for me to practice in real life. I have noticed a positive change in how I handle situations and emotions after just several sessions with Trisha!
Trish is amazing. So much more than a counselor
Trisha is great! She truly listens, offers support, and also challenges me to be a better person. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to have a session/continued sessions with her.
Honestly I’ve had concealing in the past and although I’ve liked the others I’ve talked to, NONE compare to Trisha. She’s really took the time to listen and has made me realize so much in such a short time that none of my previous therapists even tried. She has taken the time to get and know me, my situation, and I appreciate her so much. You can tell that it’s more than just a pay check too her. She cares.
Trisha Taylor has been absolutely amazing! She is a great listener and always has the best advice and knowledge about my situations. I highly recommend her!
In just three sessions, Trisha has helped me immensely. Not only does she understand my background with childhood trauma, she has given me practical advice and steps to take to move forward vs. just talking about the same issue over and over. I highly recommend Trisha Taylor to anyone who is ready to level up and move on!
Counselor Trisha Taylor has been very flexible, supportive an helpful with my family counseling matter.
Trisha Taylor is so helpful, supportive and resourceful in every sessions that I had with her and I very much appreciate this. She's really trying to help and she does. I am very grateful for her presence in my life.
Trisha is such a good listener and offers great advice and feedback as to how I’m feeling. She helps me understand how to set clear boundaries with people and how to not judge myself so harshly. Super helpful!
Trisha is great, very supportive and empathetic. I highly recommend!
