Trisha has provided several positive coping techniques to guide me through my anxiety. She is funny and provides upbeat alternatives to handle negative thoughts. And most importantly, she has helped me understand how to better deal with my family member who has alcohol use disorder.

Loved meeting Trisha especially since I was extremely nervous coming back into therapy. Trisha kept it relatable, light, serious when needed and provided the comfort of being able to talk freely. I can’t wait for our next session together so we can dive deeper into my journey.
