Truly Pollard, LPC
About me
I'm a licensed therapist in Alabama with extensive experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients across the lifespan, bringing compassion and expertise to a wide range of concerns including stress and anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma and abuse, parenting challenges, and major life transitions.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in helping you build self-love, improve communication, and navigate feelings of isolation, shame, and guilt. I'm skilled in supporting clients working through panic disorder, post-traumatic stress, divorce, and questions about life purpose and meaning. I also help clients address control issues and social anxiety with practical, evidence-based strategies.
I'm committed to creating an affirming, respectful space where you feel truly seen and heard. I honor the full complexity of who you are—your faith, your identity, your values, and your unique story. Whether you're seeking spiritual grounding, navigating identity questions, or simply looking for genuine support, I'm here to walk alongside you without judgment.
I believe healing happens in relationship, and my role is to offer steady presence, authentic care, and practical tools to help you move forward. Taking that first step toward therapy takes real courage, and I'm honored to support you on your journey.
