* UnitedHealthcare Student Resources will not know who is receiving counseling and will not have access to your counseling or other personal data. Students enrolled in the UnitedHealthcare Student Resources plan have access to mental health counseling services through BetterHelp while traveling internationally. The standard benefit includes up to six (6) sessions per student; however, we are able to grant additional sessions for students who are utilizing the service while traveling. To request additional sessions, contact Customer Service at the number on your ID Card. Upon verification of coverage, UHCSR will review and approve additional sessions as appropriate.
