Valerie is so knowledgeable and supportive. No matter what I bring up, it seems like she has a wealth of knowledge on the topic. I’ve made so many strides while working with her and have been developing better control over my emotions with her help. She rarely self discloses but when she does, it is really appropriate and gives me perspective and guidance, which I don’t have in my life. I’ve worked with a handful of therapists in the past but she is by far the most knowledgeable keeps me focused on moving me toward my goals in a gentle and supportive way!
