Valerie has been so amazing! I’ve been with BetterHelp for going on 2 years later this year…I had to switch from my first therapist, and that’s when I came across Valerie. I can’t imagine what my life would be like without her. I highly recommend her, but she’s all mine and no one else can have her :D lol
:p

Valarie always listens closely then suggests tools to use to manage my life better. She validates my feelings and lets me know I’m not crazy! I’m so glad I have a great fit with the first therapist!

Valerie does not judge me nor assumes that I should know the answers. She provides exercises that clearly defines barriers, demonstrates barriers, and allows responses to practice overcoming the barriers. She encourages me and response to journal entries and questions in a timely manner. Thank you for your dedication and compassion towards me. God bless you.

Valerie has a deep reservoir of wisdom and is very supportive & encouraging during tough moments.
I appreciate that she responds quickly to every message & offers a variety of options which helps to break me out of the tunnel vision-is-the-only-way mentality.
I like that I can approach the discussion from my Christian perspective without fear.
