I’ve been working with Val right now for about two years and it’s been a great experience. She came into my life at a pivotal time and has been a big part and helping me work through some major decisions in my life.

Valri is very observant and wise in our interactions. You can tell that she really cares and is really listening and engaging with you. She’s great with book recommendations and helping me see the roots to a lot of my emotions. Couldn’t recommend more!

Valri is amazing. She’s super personable and makes me feel truly heard in every session. She really understands what I’m sharing and has helped me see my situation from a completely different perspective. I’ve learned a lot about myself working with her and cannot express how valuable that type of development is. One of the things I appreciate most is that she asks genuine, thoughtful questions instead of relying on stereotypical therapy phrases like, “How does that make you feel?” It’s clear that she actually cares and isn’t just going through the motions. She’s responsive, gives real feedback, and offers practical ways to work through things. I’d recommend Valri to anyone looking for a therapist who truly listens and helps you dig into the root of what’s going on.
